Conceptual Design
Review client expectations, needs & desires with understanding of specific budget & timeline Develop design aesthetic based on communication with client Create visual package of conceptual images and collect samples for client review and approval Design Development
Draw floor plans & elevations with furnishings layout Provide client with detailed & specific selection of materials & furnishings Create & deliver virtual design boards to communicate material & design selections Purchasing & Procurement
Prepare fixture & furnishings estimates for client approval Place orders with vendors Track & receive orders for quality control Expediting & Management
Communicate with vendors, contractors & client to ensure timeline and budget are on track Confirm fixtures, furnishings & design is executed on behalf of client Site visits to oversee work is consistent with approved designs Installation & Follow Up
Coordination & communication with vendors for timely deliveries Placement of all materials Ensure client satisfaction with their project
